Select a SimplePay account above, then click Run Auto-Match. StaffHub compares your staff list against that account using ID numbers and employee numbers. Use the checkboxes to choose exactly who gets saved — all matched rows are pre-selected, unmatched rows unlock once you enter an ID manually.
Fetches leave balances from StaffHub and SimplePay side-by-side. Toggle import on any staff member to overwrite their StaffHub balance with the SimplePay value. Only staff with a linked SimplePay Employee ID can be compared.
Select a tax year and click Fetch IRP5s. StaffHub retrieves tax certificates for all staff linked to the active SimplePay account. Download individual PDF certificates. Only staff with a linked SimplePay ID are included. Certificates must be released to Self-Service in SimplePay first.
